Strange website behind Finnish rock label launch in UK

Spinefarm, the rock label from Finland, is being launched in the UK by Universal Music with a website designed and built by Strange.  The new site, www.Spinefarmrecords.co.uk went live today.

The site will be the hub of the Spinefarm UK presence, covering bands and their releases, gigs, a photo gallery and media centre, etc.  Initially, it is showcasing 15 Spinefarm bands, including the well known Children of Bodom and Nightwish. 

Designed for both rock fans and search engines, the site combines stunning Flash graphics with HTML.  There are also Web 2.0 links, with the media page linking through to YouTube and the home page linking to the Spine Blog.

Due to the need for constant updating with new album releases, gig details, new photos, etc, the site is entirely content managed by Spinefarm UK.
