Strange has launched a new microsite to support the advertising proposition that Clearasil causes confidence. Aimed at young people, the fun site explores ways of using that confidence with a competition, plus challenges for celebrities and people on the street.
Each month until July a £2,000 cash prize can be won by suggesting challenges that prove confidence. The best entries will be filmed, with the video clips being posted on the microsite. To provide inspiration, there are video clips of two celebrity TV presenters - O J Borg and Carole Machin – taking challenges.
There are also 11 street challenges to watch, where people are asked to do funny dances, air guitar or press ups, for example. Video clips are linked into YouTube.
This project furthers Strange’s relationship with Real Sound Vision Print (RSVP), which commissioned the site on behalf of Reckitt Benckiser, owner of the Clearasil brand. RSVP is a collaboration between Viacom Brand Solutions, GCap and IPC Media.
