Paul joined Strange in 2005 after a successful career in the US with Merrill Lynch and Capital One. Paul was instrumental in the recovery and restoration of the US financial markets after the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, earning him the prestigious Distinguished Leadership Award from the US financial markets.
Paul uses world class management policies to operate the agency and maintain our service delivery culture.
