Adhoc support

We also offer a pay as you go model. Support requests are handled on as needed basis, prioritised and scheduled for resolution depending on workload. This is charged on an hours used basis.

Supporting sites not built by us

We can also provide support for Magento sites that we haven’t built. To do this, we migrate the site onto our platforms so that we can use our DevOps processes and procedures to maintain SLAs. As part of this process, we undertake a full code audit to make sure there is a structured programme put in place to remedy any deficiencies in the site.
